Hi folks. I've had a few things to do this week -- including a low-profile mission to Christchurch -- and thus haven't had the opportunity to write at length about the themes of this week's Media3.
I'll be talking to the Dominion Post's Phil Kitchin, whose report on troubled ACC complainant Bronwyn Pullar set in motion a storm of unhappy headlines that have so far accounted for the commission's chairman and chief executive two board members, several officials and a former minister. Is it over yet?
Scott Yorke will be joining me to muse on the US Presidential race un the wake of the party conventions. It's the economy, stupid. Well, that and the all-important battle to utter the cheesiest aphorism.
And I'll also have a flying visit to CTV, whose remarkably youthful staff are producing daily news from a new base near Christchurch airport.
You can join us for the recording, as usual, at 5.30pm this evening at the Villa Dalmacija, 10 New North Road, Aucklandtown. Seeya!
