Anytime you want more cats, it’s always there.

Ok I'll bite, but only cos I spotted these this morn,
Chloe and Cosmo (who has wandered off into the sunset from whence he came)
Still, not loving on the cats much but hey...

Had to post this. Colin stationed himself in the adjacent cabbage tree in the forlorn hope of bagging a waxeye visiting the denuded fig tree. One of my favourite ever pics of him, taken this week.

I love watching him come down from the cabbage trees. He starts out facing down, digs in both sets of front claws and then swings his whole body down so that he's facing upwards and can clamber down the trunk. It's very cool.

Colin must see himself like this. :-)

And I've never known a cat that figured out the sensible way to come down a cabbage tree, so maybe he does have superpowers.

It amuses me how suburban cabbage trees always have that scarified patch at exactly the same height, though. :-)

Well, he is a very cool cat. That’s for sure. They are incredibly intelligent creatures. That’s how they get us to run around after them even though we know there may not be anything in it for us.

Sorry for your trouble Hebe. I cleared the car park, in case you want to try again.

I don't hang out in cat threads quite as much as I should for some strange reason. ;-)

I did give the Colin photo some lovin' elsewhere though.

Thanks Jackson; I was trying to update the iTunes at the same time and Apple won. Colin was indeed special.

Yup a Birkensocks. My favourite footwear that pair. Leo the lion is the most amazing cat our family has been enslaved by (and we've hosted quite a few over the years). He's now about five months old.

High praise Gudrun thanks. It was a Very Important Box for the twin cats of my twins. Milly unfortunately is no more. Billy now sleeps decoratively with Leo.

The chicken series: Leo meets his first chook and decides to leave. Blubelle peers at him with, I think, contempt.
