It’s pretty crap, but this is the best moon shot I’ve managed so far. I lack both the equipment and the skill for much better. Perhaps as the moon moves further around I might be able to get more stable support from the balcony….

One of the reasons I take photos is to break down the amazingness into bits I can look at properly. :-)

    A Murakami moment.

When you're supposed to go down, find the deepest well and go down to the bottom. When there is no flow, stay still. If you resist the flow, everything dries up. If everything dries up, the world is darkness. 'I am he and/ He is me:/ Spring nightfall.' Abandon the self, and there you are.”

Looks more classic Citroen Grill to me, though perhaps a bar is the best place for such things.

There is a French deli across the road, L'epicerie. They serve food at the local farmers market on Sundays from it. It took a lot of doing to let them drive it on our roads apparently.

    Perfectly fine thanks. ;-)

Haruki Murakami is one of my favourite authors, and that’s a quote from his book The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle. Seemed to fit

Nice grill. The truck has a strangely St Bernard quality. Is that a little brandy collar under the number plate?

Can't decide if this is more Godard or Tati. ;-)
