    For bodies that have open OIAs registered with FYI where those OIAs are more than 60 days old, what percentage are the number of those OIAs of all OIAs received by that body. Or in less technical terms, how many of each bodies OIAs have fallen into the void (only showing those who have had some fall into the void).
