Good point, I’m assuming it was being logged by IP, but it may not have been. Same account even more damning, frankly.

Assuming Cameron Slater is to be believed, same IP address uploading and downloading doesn’t exactly equate to same individual performing those operations. But it does make it seem likely he was present when the file was uploaded by his “source” as it would have at least been on the same network he then used to download it himself, if not the same computer.

He has his day in court of course, but we have already heard his claims about and around the anonymised payments, and they do not ring true. Those statements about not remembering his helicoptered meeting with Kim Dotcom, and so on. I don't believe a reasonable person could find them plausible. He is either lying in a very stereotypical "bad politician with something to hide" way, or he has a problem with his brain which should preclude him from being in parliament.

Yep, some Barcelona, some Paris, the old bridge is in Belgium, the desert one is in UAE, and the one of my lady friend is either on the bank of Poerua or Wanganui River (the Harihari coastal walk there is friggin' excellent).

Look at the turn around in the polls and then tell me he's not already winning the game. (I mean no one is really winning out of the whole thing, but some are losing it worse than others.)
