Requires, however, that you have all day to wait for a table and some food (which you might do if on a lazy holiday from out of town, I suppose).
For those of us with Stuff To Do, Midnight Espresso still wins, even if they don't have much of a view.Or Scorch-o-Rama, which does have a view.
