I felt a real sense of sadness when I saw a frail and dying Paul Holmes but I was never a fan. I remember that the best week or fortnight on Holmes was when Linda Clark presented it way back when.

Very much so but will be busy in the weekends because of the superb quarry pool.
We came across some professional camera people doing still shots and were told it was the setting for a film starring Tommy Lee Jones and about to be released.
You can go to the Warkworth museum in the same area and see a couple of enormous kauri from the car park. Serious photo ops!
