It appears that after contemplating 43 main breaches in less than four years, Watercare will be addressing the matter with urgency.
It's entirely possible that this is the first time they've tallied the numbers and looked at the comparison. And thought "holy fudge! How come we never noticed it before?", because crisis management is their way of life now.

Is Eagle pushing that? I would have thought Annette taught him better. It's a RONS, of course. Once upon a time, SH1 ended at the ferry terminal and the ferry was considered part of it for the duration of the trip.

I see people opining about how unstable Winston is, but he was far more stable than Helen's own MPs last time he was in coalition (looking at you, Taito Philip Field et al). Shane Jones is a bigger concern, although I suspect Ron Mark is up to the challenge.
