I can picture a scenario where the bulk of the traffic might be multiple bulk feeds, of the same data, through various government agencies and other corporations legal and concealed 'back-doors'.

I see Councillor Kleown, while having an actual checklist on his poster (albeit with some spurious claims), omits to spell check his own expensive coreflute campaign signs.
I'd have thought he'd have learned after his illiterate ACT campaign billboards some years back...
Who would risk electing someone who doesn't check the detail, especially on the more costly jobs...
