What about a redacted version, summarising but not replicating the content?

I consider myself anti-censorship, but nevertheless, the manifesto would appear to be an exception, especially if it details threats against specific individuals and groups in specific contexts. I agree with the above comments- censorship policy used to be far too influenced by the likes of Patricia Bartlett and her anti-censorship antagonists. It's time to move past that debate.

For those who were concerned that Christchurch was being singled out unfairly for having unduly high numbers of racist knuckledraggers, here's an interesting Newsroom piece by Steve Deane dealing with his experience of neofascist skinheads in Petone as a child and adolescent...: https://www.newsroom.co.nz/2019/03/25/504416/growing-up-with-skinheads

What shariah law appears to be in most western societies with Muslim minorities is a dispute resolution and behavioural norm code that requires an imam and other community elders to adjudicate complaints within Muslim communities and families. It is certainly not a fully-fledged alternative legal framework seeking to supplant western constitutional law and legislative frameworks as the more deranged elements of the raving right suggest.

The US LGBT Advocate publication applauded New Zealand's prompt military style semi-automatic weapon ban, and provided a poignant parallel. New Zealand cared enough to demand that after the coldblooded brutal slaughter of fifty Muslims at the two mosques, and the government acted promptly to remedy the situation. However, Equality Florida's Brandon Wolf (who has been organising solidarity vigils in that US state) has said that while Ardern has shown true leadership, both the United States and Florida still have ridiculously libertarian firearms legislation. Forty nine people died in the Orlando Pulse nightclub massacre in October 2016:

I also shudder to think what's on this website. I don't really want to look, given I'm about to have tea:

Hard News: These things we must now change, in reply to
Ah, there lies a tale. I've been keeping a close eye on the New Cons over the last year or so. Their Deputy Leader Eliot Ikilei has been barracking loudly for alt right activists like Lauren Southern and Stefan Molyneux under the colours of 'free speech" and Leader Leighton Baker even tried rabble rousing over 'sharia law' and Muslim immigration at one point. Nex minit.... they're suddenly horrified at the mosque terrorist tragedy.

As no-one has raised the subject of the large kangaroo thumping around next door, let's. The Aussies really need to clean their Augean* media and poltitical stables out. Unfortunately, it's too much to expect the Murdoch press chain to suddenly go financially (as opposed to ethically and professionally) bankrupt, but they do have an election over there two months from now.
*One nice LGBT Australian FB poster said what an apt metaphor that was when I used it :)

It was two Christchurch mosques that were attacked, Russell. We don't know whether there was any assistance from neofascist elements in the city itself. It would seem not, but was he in contact with any on 4chan, 8chan, "Kiwi Farms" and any of the other hatenet sites he frequented? That question remains to be answered.

Russell, thank you for an excellent commentary on the tragedy in Christchurch, but as a former inhabitant of that city, I have to say this. Yes, the city does have a white supremacist and right-wing extremist subculture. There used to be open interconnections between Christian Right pressure groups like the Integrity Centre, Coalition of Concerned Citizens and Concerned Parents Association and the New Zealand League of Rights, and a neofascist bookshop, Western Destiny, in Cathedral Square. It isn’t particularly large, and frankly, these individuals strike me as being from dysfunctional families with personal histories of violent criminality, educational failure, long-term unemployment and substance abuse. Ethnic minority community members and members of the Christchurch Jewish community have been assaulted and have had their shops vandalised for years. Denying that there is a problem is no substitute for what needs to be done now- which is to stamp out these tinpot mussolinis.
Ian Wishart, the wretched “New Conservative” microparty and the vile conspiracist hacks at Uncensored also deserve to be on your damnation list.
As for Stephen Berry, Lindsay Perigo and Milo Yiannopoulis, none of these sorry individuals speak for the New Zealand LGBT community. Berry and Perigo are objectivist libertarian dogmatist ideologues and Perigo seems particularly susceptible to fringe facile populist rhetoric without any faculty for critical inquiry and analysis. As for Milo Yiannopoulis, I hope he never sets foot within this country, nor should he ever be allowed to. I am ashamed to share a sexual orientation with them.
