The NZRU clarifies the criteria that will separate the Premiers from the Div Ones:
Summary of Assessable Criteria
· Population (10%);
· Community Rugby (25%) - based on official player, referee and coach registrations;
· Playing History (20%) – based on finishing position;
· Player Development (15%) – based on academy performance and players selected in Super Rugby and national teams;
· Financial Position and Performance (30%).All of the criteria are averaged over four years (2006 – 2009).

I don't like cricket (oh no), but I am trying to start to appreciate it to some degree (yeah).
I do understand the big rivalry thing (like the Yankees-Red Sox), but I'm not going to go out of my way to watch it.

The exact reason I wanted to own a house. No landlord would want me building a structure in their backyard, and definitely not one to serve rum-based cocktails out of. (you're all invited round when it opens in 2011)

Congrats on the purchase.
But in future, ALWAYS check the shower pressure! It's gonna be the thing that pisses you off the most. Especially if you're one of those high-falutin types that showers every day.

When I watched the item on 3News last night two things struck me:
On TV One they had quite a nice balanced report (I thought). TNZ put forward their points and the reporter asked fairly decent questions.
