Jack's best performance to date was stealing a cooked chicken from a picnic rug at Pt Chev beach. He ran through at full throttle and disappeared into the trees before anybody had time to react.

Ventured out to support Heart Attack Alley at the Wine Cellar on Saturday night. They're fundraising for a trip to Europe to record with Voodoo Rhythm Records, and oh lordy what an impressive sound they make. Go and see them live - you won't be disappointed

My experience of Swedes through dealing with them regularly at work is that they speak exceptionally good English, but i have never noticed an American accent as such.
I believe though that this First Aid Kit album was recorded in the US - and this is more likely to have been an influence. Sort of like the way early Kiwi hip-hop artists used to mimic US artists before they found their mojo. -
