Spending. It's how they are spending. You would think that when Rodney dreamed up an uber council that they would, you know, know where to meet with chairs and all, like the actual practical ramifications of actually running said uber council.

I am beginning to wonder if it's us at all with our private debt ways and it may simply be a case of huge Govt. waste that needs to be addressed.

My first thought days ago was this is union busting stuff. My next thoughts when I applied my real world goggles to charterism were,
1. after all the denudation of forests and stuff, this is the new mining
2. ideology begins at school?
3. when you have issues, being a school patriarch matters?
4. the universities are toast
5. I didn't realise that our schools were bleeding money
...and so on until I realised that politics has now become trouble makers looking for problems to spend other peoples money on to make themselves feel better.
Yeah I woke that jaded.
