I believe New Zealand’s future can only be as a republic.
….thereby nullifying the Treaty of Waitangi. Bridge burning equipment on standby.
As for NZ becoming a republic, Russell–try living in one for a decade and you’ll soon change your mind…..Give me a hereditary monarch with extremely limited powers any day over an elected one with real power and no-one to answer to. Even if the chief executive is voted out after four years, they can do a lot of damage in the meantime.
Ditto. That kiss(es) was a beautiful scene. I think social/ political investment in that moment benefits us as people and as a nation.

Certainly, and granted some are able to make the ethical distinction; being against one and for the other.
Given that on almost any given Friday this channel is pitched as a hub for the dissemination of copyrighted info and in light of Russell finding comparative positives in this legislation whilst categorically dismissing it as inadequate, I thought it can't hurt to ask.

This isn't a great law -- and the circumstances of its passing are odious -- but it's considerably better than it might have been.
I've pondered this for a while and I'm not quite clear, Russell are you for or against the right to share files?

It’s a shame that these kind of stories are so evocative of the New Zealand experience for some Jacqui.
Taane was arrested at Illuminati nightclub in Tauranga earlier this month where he was handcuffed and charged with disorderly behaviour after singing NWA’s song F**k the Police.
He relayed his version of events to the crowd, claiming police had it in for him and suggested the incident had made him consider leaving New Zealand.
"If that's how it is, I don't know if I want to live in this country any more."
The 34-year-old also slated Tauranga MP Simon Bridges, who had labelled the singer a disgrace.

OK, they chose the much duller name Pacifier and still didn’t crack the US)
I'd almost forgotten. Sell Outs!111
"He said, `Where do you live?' I said, `At the moment I live in Papamoa and I live in Woodhill and I'm staying at a hotel', so he thought I was being a smart ass and in fact I was being co-operative.
"I was giggling and this probably rarked him up as well. I was giggling because it was just ridiculous that this police officer was getting upset with me because I was telling him the truth."
Sounds more like it.

Most of France movies are speaks French.
I can’t figure out which is worse, the grammar or that this is a point the student deemed worthy of inclusion. For many a year I’ve wondered to what extent grammar of this ilk is taken into account when grading ze international students’ work.

Sorry I don’t know much about electronics: Does the Beehive have a network or are all the users on individual ISPs?
If I wanted to impact say Starbucks or McDonalds business fortunes, could I as a patron have them brought before the committee by exploiting their connections to pirate stuff?
Won’t the practice simply be shifted to locales where it’s more difficult to identify the erm perpetrators?

Well that's.....progress. I wonder if there are any old fog horns about the place.
