Wouldn’t “No-Vote” also include those under 18 at the time of the earlier election? If so, those numbers would swamp the signal you're seeking.

N.B. it is somewhat premature to claim that "National's support has too been damaged" on the basis of a mere 1.5% shift in polling, because that change is still (just) within the noise level of the aggregate of 4 polls.

The theory only relies on a majority of journalists, and certain high-profile bloggers, being too lazy and/or overworked and/or partisan not to report Key's every spontaneous emission without pausing to do fact-checking.
On past record, that seems a safe bet. -

Are you saying that's the main purpose of a Ministry of Education? Having sunk money into developing a school as a school, what is the point of then selling it off? 'Cause privatisation is not exactly working out effectively for anyone so far.
