This is such awful stuff. I think my li'l English/New Zilder/American cousin was having some similar issues (not quite sure if these were directly test-related; they may have 'just' been a result of certain teaching attitudes) with his previous school - and that was tenuously attached to Vanderbilt.
I suppose at least the children growing up with this system won't be stupid enough to foist it on their own offspring.

David Thomson of Massey University... Apparently it finds that the thieves are the generation born 1920 - 1940, rather than the baby boomers.
What an astonishing revelation! Because of course Mr. Thomson wouldn't be a baby-boomer himself! By no means!

Anyone who might be 'frightened' by the 'contemporary' 'classical' you reviewed should never be allowed to listen to music again. Really. It tends to be necessary to look outside New Zealand for recordings of the cutting edge (despite an incredible level of 'contemporary' 'classical' talent in NZ). Kairos is a good place to start.

Why then isnt it possible to make money available to relatives here to send via remittances directly to the people. Im sure banks would co-operate. Any organisation will take a cut, even churches, its a matter of finding the best option.
Really?
Then why won't they do this already? Would bank-cooperation be a special emergency-only thing? Banks just seem to be looking to screw over the islands.

Damian - like Mallard does on Red Alert, you mean?

One of the biggest obstacles to Pacific development is, I feel, the lack of options for Pacific New Zealanders to send remittances. If anyone is 'making out like bandits' here, it would have to be Western Union. Is there any way that free or low-cost remittance transfer could be organised by the New Zealand and Australian governments?

If both the police and the courts had right to decide upon the inconsequentiallity, that would also alleviate this state of affairs.
And the judge in the uncle "pillow" case threw it out, presumably because he felt it was inconsequential...

Uh, yeah, that sign is pretty obviously referring to the Cult of St Nazaire.

I'm definitely not a reunion person, but I did enjoy collecting reminiscences for the school history I helped compile. (...)

You have to talk to Larry Baldock?
I'm so sorry.
