So Alastair, with this proposed move to a new structure for Scoop, what are the plans for dealing with Scoop's substantial and very much in arrears debts? Is there a plan for how to proceed without endangering the interests of your creditors?

Note to others - I am hardly a disinterested party here, being owed a large sum of money myself, in regards to which scoop has been in default for some time. I have of course tried to ask Alastair this through private communication, but he has yet to reply.
