Access: GTFO of Our Accessible Bathrooms, in reply to
Love to hear your opinion on people like me using accessible loos: I'm non-binary. In almost every place that I try to exist in public, there is no unisex toilet that I can use. I look too masculine for a women's toilet, too feminine for a men's toilet. Often, the disabled toilet is the only place I can go without feeling uncomfortable and making everyone around me uncomfortable. I am able-bodied. I have so far never come out of the toilet to find an person waiting for me to finish (I do my business quickly, I'm not there for a laugh, I'm there to relieve myself.) but if I did I would feel pretty awful about making them wait. What do you think? Should I use disabled toilets, or should I just stay home?
