Interesting theory but there are a lot of ifs and buts. Just something else to worry about if these sort of things keep you awake at nightOf course there has already been huge sea rises since the last real ice age (you used to be able to walk across Cooks Straight)

The fact that climate change is also affecting the whole scenario makes volcanoes even more of an issue..
Just interested in how climate change can be linked to volcanes
I am aware that volcanoes can change the climate but the other way round or are you thinking of the raising of the sea level -
Regarding the Boxing Day Tsunami my memory is that although it was obviously a BIG shake it took some time for the for the enormity of the wave and loss of life to filter through
Likewise with Samoa there didn’t seem to be any links in place

Well I was going to go whitebaiting this morning
But standing in the sea in waders on a gravel bank, water in front water behind somehow has lost its appeal -
And it is worth rememering that in the middle of the Lincoln campus is the Memorial Hall for those past Lincoln students who went off to war to deal to the afore mentioned supermen

After all this is a game where you are not allowed to use your hands
Hands that (God or who ever is in charge of these things) gave us to pick up balls that we can carry over the line and dot down. Instead....Talk about being denied pleasure!
