I posted this Link yesterday about the New Zealand Council of Infrastructure Development. In light of John Key's mention of borrowing for infrastructure and the subsequent recordings what do you guys think about the connection?

so being in possession of it they had to hand it over during discovery.
Correct me if I'm wrong but if documents or WHY are deemed not relevant to evidence they do not have to be revealed for discovery and are therefore deemed inadmissible?
Had this route been followed irrelevant information could have been rightfully withheld.I suspect that the police had never done record gathering on that scale before, so had no idea that it was going to result in such a volume of information.
This I find hard to believe. It is not uncommon for the prosecution to bury relevant information in piles of irrelevant material.

There is no suggestion that you were in any way related to these events last year, apart from being one of 3000 who traded with someone that was a suspect in this investigation.
I wonder what they think constitutes a trade? is it a completed trade or a bid? or just a page view? The number seems awfully high for completed trades so I'm guessing it would be bids and if that is so then how is it evidence of anything that the accused are accused of?
This looks like a case of the prosecution trying to "bury" relevant evidence in a large pile of non information and at the same time compromising the privacy and, indeed, the security of members of the general public. I doubt you would have to look far to see that a law has been breached here and if not why not?
Do we need to revisit the privacy laws? -
what would you like money spent on? Where do you think a spare billion could be well spent?
Efficient/alternative energy systems. Solar, Wind, Geothermal, Hydro. Waste heat recovery systems, Co-Generation and a switch to an electric vehicle fleet. This will lead to a country not dependant on Oil, decrease pollution, increase the value of our Exports, increase our National Security, Increase the overall health of our People, Reduce debt, increase productivity by reducing overheads......and............and.....and

Tell you what you can sell. People. How about doing what Ireland did - invest massively in education.
We are doing that already but could do better. When our bright young things go off in search of fortune and experience by getting snapped up by overseas firms we are told, by Key and his ilk, that it's a brain drain but even he came back with $50 mil. Think what people with brains could do. ;-)
