Anyway, I salute you Rick.
Lest we forget he was also the engineer wizard who worked with Alan Jansson on How Bizarre (for which he shared a Tui in 1996). The pair have been working together since.

At one time there were at least 3 Andrews on the crew.
Two more makes 5 – Hawthorne and Dickens. And two Chris’s – Esther and Forster. Much easier when everyone has the same name.

I just signed up for SkyGo (free) as suggested by RB, and you can indeed watch RADIO PUNKS there...

I think people who are having problems with Sky Go are falling foul of its flakeiness.
I signed up quite a while ago and found it would tell me that I needed to be a "Premium" subscriber, then it would tell me I had no Sky Go account, then my password or eMail was wrong.
I just went to prove that, as a non Sky subscriber, we could not access the "Radio Punk" episode only to be told that the content was not available, then I had no account, then the "Premium" nonsense, then... hey presto... AOK.
Well, what do you expect from a company who's security guards locked me up for trying to return equipment?.

Perhaps rather than saying student radio had its glory days in the 1980's, that is when it hit its stride. My experience was with Radio One - I was on the OUSA exec, and it was about 1983 we finally had sufficient stability with our licence to justify a major investment in the station - setting up a studio, buying proper equipment and hiring staff. In those days, I was too scared of the music on the One to be a regular listener, but I did end up running a couple of shows on Control about 15 years later.
