Speaker: The economics of shit speech, in reply to
I’m trying.
I know, but you are one column and Young and Trevett publish multiples of trash on their own.

But I'm sorry I cannot bring myself to give Teh Herald any money while they continue to spread shit.
Moi aussi. Their political reckons are so fucking bad, I want them to curl up and die. Which would be hard on Fisher, Ng, et al but the rest of the thing is just dross. And it's dross across the whole NZME enterprise.

David Seymour has decided to “object” in Parliament, not to prevent new gun laws being passed, but to get himself a headline before they do.

You seem intent on providing evidence that you are not a fit person to hold any sort of firearm licence,

A fascinating watch! And, yes, me too with the incredibly hands on approach. Also, quite a lot of leading questions.

Apropos of guns and gun lobbying, Al Jazeera has just ripped One Nation a new one in Australia.

I dont know who Tracy Watkins( a search gives little to no clue as to what she is about although I noted with dread some connection with Whaleoil) is or whether she was just doing her word quota for the day.
She's Stuff's "political editor". Total brown-nose for National. Misses John Key dreadfully.

FFS Dennis, do you have to turn this blog into a repository for your idle reckons, just because you're bored on a Sunday?
I just skip over any posts from either of them. Saves my blood pressure.

TVNZ and RNZ boards are littered with people who adhere to rotten ideologies and questionable ethics from what I hear.
I'm not sure that ideology plays that much of a part. They're solely interested in money, particularly quarterly returns, and they are seeing their traditional markets dissipate as people find new ways to consume news and entertainment. Generating outrage is a way of attracting clicks and therefore advertisers.

Duncan Garner lifts his head above the parapet to
intone his disapprovalFuck him. "No-one predicted that we would eyeball evil and have our unwanted date with hate last Friday afternoon."
Really? It's precisely what gun reform advocates have been saying for years. It's been prophesied in report after report. Recommendations have been made to Parliament and ignored by politicians, who courted the "gun vote". And it's been enabled by pricks like him with his "human snake" comments and rampant racism on his shows. Fuck him and the horse he rode in on.
As to Plunket, it's very odd that he seems to be wishing peace and love to everyone on Twitter. No-one's buying it.
