I want to know if the discount for electricity is going to be passed on to the new owners. That sort of subsidy, coming from us, is a huge corporate Govt. handout. Also that is one of the best surf breaks in the world, just sayin'

Cruden's first real take on the line was a bad low ball pass at his feet - he gathered it easily in stride, his tackling for an 85kger was very steady as well.

McCaw snatched the ball from another player while he was upside down in the tackle ...as for Dagg's offload to Nonu for the try, SBW, how was the on entry handshake?

It was on Ponsonby Road, an interviewer and camera man, I usually keep walking or at least ask where the footage is going to be used, but as we had just discussed the very same topic between ourselves I thought...why not? My friend has a business on P .rd and I knew she had stuff to say.
They thanked us, mumbled something about it being used for research purposes only...(I used to work in adland so I smiled wry smile). They said they liked our answers.
My friend thinks I have very dangerous views on the social order, she's coming round slowly ;-) Later I reminded her that we forget to mention the Tuppa waka. -
We were interviewed yesterday on camera, asked if the RWC was responsible for raised prices, various other questions, like who is responsible for said raised prices? IRB maybe, we said dutifully, interviewer smiled, asked what our business was, had it been affected by the RWC? Yes, patronage down when games are on, why they asked?
Reply, perhaps it would have been better to not have to compete with the Govt. and Council pushing people to their cloud, closing streets and poisoning the well after opening night? -

Best not to tinker with the RMA just yet ay?
Mr Key said yesterday there was discussion and ongoing negotiations with the owners in terms of what the absolute liability would be but the Government wasn't without potential legal remedies.
"They come through the RMA act...

Bet there was a choking on crow sound when that little gem surfaced. -
The miracle is that rugby survives despite the IRB.
