Kim.com published some stats of WO which showed some peculiarities implying that a proportion of the traffic is fake. Also DimPost used referral traffic to guess that WO traffic is much lower than recorded.

Thanks a lot for that David. A very interesting graph. I would be keen to see a comparison with Australian cities and Vancouver, since there is talk that they are suffering similar bubbles to Auckland based on wealth flowing out of China since 2003.

Probably worth mentioning that the SHA legislation expires in September, so I'd guess the developer has included the Kings Arms property since it is a desirable site, and it will not be possible to develop under the SHA rules unless it is included now.

Wow. I did not know that. I assumed that smoking weed would be similarly as bad as tobacco. So no need to press for legalised cannabis to be in pills or puffers to avoid lung cancer.
