  • Hard News: Grateful for 'Rain',

Wherever you are, there are some people who think that once we've cut down those trees we'll have a nice view of the beach.

well, from my place you'd have to raze the michael fowler centre.

i'm sure that's a compromise everyone can livw with.

    ps. cameron, you're an idiot.

even with the publication on whale, I couldn't find Minto's house to egg, or call it up and leave rude messages

but somehow slater did, was able to photograph it, and could easily share that info with people who dislike minto.

not intimidating at all. not an iota.

I prefer to swim when I go swimming, not fight gaping pockets full of water and restricted leg movements, just to convince everyone what a great conformist I am

    i recommend physiotherapy.

but seriously... mr. slater lives in howick?

no wonder he's all up in arms. lefty protesting types are pushing him out into suburban hell and not staying in dives in huntly "like they're supposed to"

so.... how long till <strike>redwatch</strike> cameron slater steps over the line?

i mean, ffs, that piss-weak attempt to make a "leftie" out to be a "hollow man" must be starting to edge pretty near.

cameron mate, if you're reading this, you are a fukcing idiot.

  • Hard News: Castoffs of Waiheke,

You might need to take off the duck-tinted spectacles.

    mmmmm.... duck.....

but in seriousness. tried chiro. didn't work. sit-ups? a bloody treat.

    and

he instantly bought the thing and carried it home like a rare butterfly.

awesome... i know potters, and they love their work even when they hate it.

Quite favourable, you will be alarmed to hear.<

    outraged... extremely outraged.

but then, if someone is stupid enough to constantly part with money to "repair" a back they could fix themselves with better posture and more exercise, then so be it.

one doesn't want to piss off the medical lobby, after all.

And … we had a Commission of Inquiry into Chiropratic?

i'd like to know the outcome of that. they should have banned that particular bit of quackery years ago.

chiropractic is to back care what tyre black is to automotive repair.

  • Cracker: Welcome Home?,

I never would have thought that any paragraph involving Russell, DPF, a mug and Che Tibby could have been construed as a "come-on"... now you've got me worried :)

let me show you the mug... you'll be weak at the knees.

If Russell didn't pick up your top and certificate, I have them somewhere at my house and will get them to you once DPF has given Che back his mug. And no, that's not a come-on line.

    what the?

i thought i was supposed to take damien out to dinner and then give it to him?

or was it me getting it from dpf?

    i'm just so damn confused.
