I feel bound to point out that I'm not exactly standard-issue either.

Holy Shit. I might have to do another analysis in a day or two. But since the last a quick shifty of those who have now done the test suggests we are heading to a higher average!!

23 respondents to the AQ test. I am assuming the "high 30s / low 40's is a 40, and Sasha's 26 is not her age.
Average AQ for this set is 24.9.
Minimum was 9
Maximum was 40.
8 scored 32 or higher......OuchNo doubt you all read the blurb that said the control group had an average of 16.4. And 80% of those with Autism or a related disorder scored 32 or higher.
So we are above average. Ouch again. (Admission - moi 22, although I recall slightly higher a few years ago...mellowing).
That's all folks....now back to your holes.....no talking to yourselves now...

At the Athens Paralympics I picked up an Afghan Tee Shirt.
On the front it said: "Never Mined..."
On the back it said: "More than 10 Afghans are killed or injured each day by mines and unexploded ordinance. Help Afghan Amputee Bicyclists for Rehabilitation and Recreation.(AABRAR) to assist men women and children recover from their injuries"
It then gave a web site www.aabrar.org. But this one has been hijacked(?) and I found a link to the real one here
I'll take a bet the number is increasing each day. Given a bit of dough in years to come, Afghanistan will be a big player in the Paralympics. Lots of recruiting potential. Just like the returned legless / armless / shot up Yanks and Brits.
