Particularly as he is NEVER FUNNY.
It's always easy to get a laugh from your fan-club.

I must say Winston is on form today. Worth a watch.

why would you exclude the family home from a CGT Luke?
Because a family always needs a home so the profit being taxed is never realised. You could, theoretically, sell the family home and live in a tent, sort of what National is trying to do to the country.
I have just watched our Prime Minister embarrass the entire country with a speech of which Mike King would have been proud.
Oh dear, what have we done?. -

One dog stroller as promised (sans hound in this case as it was still in store – but these are not that uncommon)
I know people who put their children in such things and we know how that ended up...
OMG!!! think of the puppies,
Don't let the puppy see that!
Don't allow rover to hear the "F" word...
Canine and Abel bodied people are becoming one. -

Hagfish generate an incredible amount of slime – they’ll fill a 40litre bucket no trouble at all
Reminds me of Nationals front bench but that's another story.
Hagfish, also known as the Glutinous hagfish, is one of my favourite fish, they have the wonderful ability to tie themselves in knots. You may not think the ability to tie oneself into a knot could have any useful purpose. However, if your diet consists of rotting carrion and you are too slimy to get a grip on your lunch then getting knotted is a perfect technique for ripping dead flesh from a rotting carcass. This is achieved by tying your body in a knot, grasping a mouthful of foetid flesh in your little teeth, then pulling your head through the knot, tearing the decomposing flesh from the dead bones of some unfortunate sea dweller.
Sorry, no pictures.
Ahh, the beauty of Nature. -

The TPPA may well make that a reality!
Those daft copyrighterers. Cant they see that people downloading stuff is the ultimate backup?. It could prevent the loss of great movies, or movies like this one.

TV doesn't have to be universally appealing to be successful.
Try telling that to TVNZ7 staff
If this was America, this sort of carry-on would have been halted long ago, on pain of criminal charges.
In the Dotcom case it didn't matter that this is not America. Why cant the FBI pop over again and raid Sky TV for doing something that would be illegal in the US?

it sounds like he is describing aphid farming with the Government/universities as the ants -
Don't be silly, ants don't have any money.
But wait, perhaps with more subsidies for farming we could send sheep to university. -

300 Mbs, 30 minutes talk, and 300 texts for $19.
I have a deal with Telecom, 500mb double they called it. Gave me a Gig of data and 5000 txt for $38 per month. They have decided to cull that deal and now want me to put up with 300mb an 200 txt for the same price. Sux, totally useless as I use the phone to tether the laptops up north where there is nothing but patchy 3g unless you want to pay squillions for running a phone line the 100 or so metres to the house.
