In fact the service to that part of Ak doesnt look to have changed since the 1950's when I was acquainted with people who lived in the hills.
The kind of service that drove people to cars.

There *is* public transport in Auckland, you know. Even out to the Waitaks.
I dont think that service has been updated since the 1950's.
Two commuter buses in the morning into town, two in the evening to return you home.
