Is the white blur across the middle someone walking past?
That blur in the middle is many people walking past over 15 seconds. The bright bright light in the center is the dragon lanterns waving around over 15 seconds.
Must get back tonight for the fireworks!

Like it, that’s exactly it!
OK Chris Waugh…. here are scenes from the lantern festival last night in Albert Park. What a mad but happy scene it is, so crowded our group was almost instantly separated and it would have been impossible to meet up at our suggested meeting place – the fountain. The fountain had been overtaken by swarms of teens hanging out with the dragons. Thanks to the miracle of cell-phones we were reunited….

Nice cluster there! I snapped some oyster-catchers yesterday too, they don't show up very well on black rocks though...
