Jackie, what's your camera? Many of mine on here are taken with my Canon G10 compact. Admittedly a good camera, but if we start putting you off using what you've got, then we're doing it wrong.
Going back to the start, the best camera is still 'the one in hand'.

Noice. The cat' pillar is cropped, but still working on getting a real sharp macro image. Even used tripod and 2sec timer to take shot.

We seem to be in lateral thinking mode. Ernest Raglin was here in 1999. He was exceptional, from fading memory. Don’t think Sly & Robbie were there though.
