As for intention, there's a basic rule of thumb in mental health circles that if someone is talking positively about plans for the future

    totally disagree
some people with dpression build up an excelent ability to mask and lie.

and some of those basic rules of thumb decisions have lead to people slipping through the system

  • Hard News: Veitch,

Like I've said before, real proper clinical physiological help is difficult to obtain.

but it's not, it's not hard, there are plenty of really good clinical psychologists out there. go through your GP, go through your lawyer, go through the white pages, go through a national register

finding the right person for you is hard, I know, but you keep on trying and yes that's hard but people around you should be wanting the best for you and supporting and encouraging you to get proper help

if someone tried to commit suicide, that would tend to indicate they have not or are not receiving the best mental health treatment they can. not even from their GP and they've been let down

i would not wish the feelings and emotions that come with wanting to kill yourself on anyone.

Surely Clint Rickard's chances of being considered a person of suitable character, demeanour and judgement to practice law were low to non-existent...

well rickards got a job with aipareira Trust, and seems to be besties with John Tamihere, maybe tony V can get a job there as well

    watching those interview again today
what i cannot get over 2 things
    - it feels to me like he truly believes that he was forced into the situation. which disgusts me, unless she laid the first hit nothing justifies it at all
    - he keeps answering JC with 'what more could i have done',

    1. at the same time you admit the crime say that nothing justifies that crime (NOTHING) no sitution no stress, nothing in this earth made his acctions acceptable, and stop couching his guilty with insinuations the crime is partly her fault

    2. not lie to the people at the hospital about the injury

those are 2 things i keep thinking about

the info around funding from media7 was fascinating

From my experience wellington City is extremely lucky to have a city council that supports and promotes the arts as much as it does. They put a lot of money into the arts
