Hard News: Villainy and engagement, in reply to
Love it. But it's gone already :-)
There's some pretty funny (and some childish) stuff here too: https://www.facebook.com/downwithnatalia -
One of the main reasons I moved from Spotify to Rdio over a year ago was the interface- both the web site and iOS apps (that and the fact the app worked as remote when playing Rdio on my PC to the home system. It is sometimes laggy with new releases, and feels a little lonely with many less friends to interact with (you're all still over on Spotty) but apart from that it's still a much more pleasant experience IMO.

Hard News: The humanity, in reply to
Journo: "Will you work with Winston? Will you work with Winston? Can you confirm or deny that you'll work with Winston?"
Poli: "Well, we don't have any intention of working with Winston but we'll have to see how the public votes"
Journo: "There you have it! Mr Poli Tician will be lining up to call Winston Peters on Sunday morning."
LOL, your example was my over-riding memory of the night's coverage! As if by repeating the fiction enough it would become true. Classic

Now realise how much Frankie must have influenced ABC's 1991 album Abracadabra

I'm hoping my monthly PayPal receipt will suffice for tax purposes.

Very glad to have the opportunity to subscribe at last. My first online subscription apart from a- since cancelled- Nat Geo one a few years ago (and better value I reckon).
Would love an answer to my regularly posted question about not seeming to be able to Like Soundcloud tracks in HardNews posts when using my iPad.

I'd still be grateful if someone could tell me why I can't Like SoundCloud tracks linked in this blog when reading on my iDevices but can on my PC. Thanks

Does anyone know why I can't Like Soundcloud tracks in this blog on my iPad? Clicking Like takes me to a login page and then back to this page but doesn't actually register my Like.

I thought it was the other way around but according to that website my first gig was Leo Sayer at The Maj in 1978, followed by Split Enz at the same venue the following year. Both gigs my Dad took me to and I was 12 for the first one. For the Enz we were in the front (seated) row- couldn't ask for a better intro to live music really. Thanks Dad.
