    Ansell's revision re billboard.

note: change "Two Ticks and he's in" to "Two Strikes and He's In"

    Brilliant!

Now, what to do about the Douglas one.
That's hard - I wonder if Kelly Tarlton's still have any of those paper maché sea monsters stored away....

I would have love to have seen what Ansell's ACT ideas were before they parted ways.

They may have been something like this:

    Draft #24:
    Proposed Rodney Hide billboard.
    Position: Broadway, Newmarket, opposite 277.
    Size: 6m x 3m.
    Headline:
"YOU CAN DANCE WITH A STAR.
OR YOU CAN VOTE FOR HIM" (bold)
    Smaller:
    VOTE HIDE FOR EPSOM. (bold)
"TWO TICKS AND HE'S IN" (italics).

Image: pic of Rod in top hat and tales.
Note to self: call Jane Ussher re photos - done a good job on H.C. and Ray Columbus.

Suggested billboard colours - leotard yellow.
Note to self: ask billboard printer if we can get glitter sparkles on the canvas.

  • Hard News: Congratulations, Mr Key,

AND they could bowl over Parnell Primary which is just up the street and make use of the land - maybe build a Marae on there for the Parnell Maori Party too?

Besides - what use is a public primary school in Parnell when you could be charging the parents for a private one!

And John could donate some Govt. money to the 'PPPP' (Parnell Private Pony Primary) - hell, he's meant to be flicking $3million of Govt. cash to Kings College eh, so why not?

Maybe, but you don't have to be in cabinet to be an effective MP.

  • Hard News: Congratulations, Mr Key,

Can anyone confirm what constitutes bureaucrats and public service depts?

What about things like the NZ Music Commision etc - are they safe?

Or will they be seen as a waste of public money?

  • Hard News: Congratulations, Mr Key,

    HEY!

Anybody think about this - it's a lineage of Wishart proportions:

    Pony = 'Po=ney'
    John Key = 'John=Key'

    Then you do this:
    John Key = 'Don=Key' = 'DONKEY'

    Pony & Donkey!!!

    Don't you see it????!!!!!!

AND if you add the numbers up you get '666' - numbers of the beasts!!!!!

See what happens when you ask for a Pony????

    Quick call Wishart NOW.

I've never found Judith to be arrogant myself.

I think Judith's recent falling into bed with big music leaving ISPs in a legally dubious position pissed a lot of people off a lot

I don't get you - can you please not use John Key language and I may be able to understand?
