An aspect of gaming that interests me is it mainlining consumer driven tech development - gaphics being an obvious example - and the influence on platforms with mobile devices being flavour of the month. I'd hoped for some advancement in narrative complexity in computer gaming given visuals had arrived at the point of delivering what ever the creators may envisage but the development seems rather to have shifted to other platforms rather than deepen the eperience on others. No doubt I may be looking for something gaming isn't best to deliver but would really like that borderline tested.

Sally - Gaiman's Sandman comics might be a nice transistion from King (who lauds the work in one edition's volumes, which can't hurt).

That is one of the frustration of the coverage. But the immediate resolution some of the media appear to be expecting doesn't appear realistic in either.

I know the two events are very different in many respects but if glib media comparisons are going to be made with Copiapó 2010 then let's remember past the successful extraction that it was August 5 to 22 that the miners survived before discovery. And the attempts to get them out then began.

TV3 going up against TV1
With the talk of thin audience for Campbell Live it almost seemed to me they decided 'Let's be a channel with the audience to support such a flagship.' Besides, the audience how to channel surf and with some of the scant attention often needed for either channels' programmes, then go for it.
So... what will the programmes be? What will replace OF? I'm liking The Big C and will give Sons of Anarchy a look but make no promises...

While I can't imagine "One day you'll look back at all this this and laugh" can be accurate or anyone attempting "One day you'll look back at all this and write a witty, thought provoking piece awakening memories in your audience , leaving them urging for more" to your face I am glad you did look back and write. And yes, more please.

For me it was combination of school ratings with no impediment to league table and the altered of funding to schools weighted more on academic achievement versus social situation meaning the lowest would be driven lower that was the real acid on the metal.
I just know that twatcock is going to be word of the year...
Quote that mainstream media...
