Eventually, I needed feeding, so I dragged David off to Euro and treated us to the wagyu special
What, even after Metro "blogged" about it? And my quotation marks are to emphasise my distaste for sites that claim to be blogs but take forever to moderate comments, edit out links to other site (even if the other site is admittedly ridiculously petty and stupid), or other sites that don't even allow your comments to go through at all if you've got quite a problem with the myths that they are perpetuating.
Wow that's a big rant for this early in the morning. I suppose my point is that I really admire Public Address for opening up System and for the ways in which you respond, so your award is very well-deserved. Congratulations! And I echo Robyn's comment that NZ needs some blogger awards...

One of the reasons that I liked Onslow College was that we had a mix of teachers on first name basis and last name basis, it just depended on their personality.
I'm so glad not to be in the phone book anymore so that now I don't have flatmates disturbing me by not clicking straight away that anyone asking for a "Mr or Mrs. McLeod" is obviously a telemarketer.
Being called Miss McLeod makes me think of teachers when I was in trouble, but I love being called Miss Hubris.

If you shut down Comalco, what's going to happen to those lucky dip can recycling machines that you could win prizes from when you recycled?

That newish bar upstairs on Featherston St, down from Leuven but on the same block, has Bookbinder on tap. Name escapes me for the moment.
That would be D4?

Lyndon: the Southern Cross on Abel Smith St has Emerson's Bookbinder and Pilsner on tap, $25 for a big glass jug. That's one of the reasons that the Wellingtonista are residents at Quiz Night there (apparently - I don't actually like the taste of it myself but there are other things I want to taste).

The thing is I knew a few kids who had 'Spank Banks' & hospital visits once the brusing went down, to reset the bone.
Aren't Spank Banks the parts of your memory where you store pictures of things to use for ...inspiration... when you're by yourself later?

Sigh, more pictures of men in tights.
Well, we do our best to cover the big issues.
Back on topic, I had the chance to do some user-testing on the NZ on Screen site, and it was fantastic, I can't wait for it to launch. And for it to get the rights to Gloss...

Oh boo. Well I still recommend the rasslin' to the rest of the Public Address readers anyway. Hmm, I'd better post to the Wellingtonista about it I suppose.

Hey Joanna, might I suggest you learn to use the site properly? Here's the RASSLIN link.

Hey Russell, if you're in town tonight and you're looking for something different to do other than the usual drinks at Mighty Mighty, may I suggest coming to the <a href="http://kiwiprowrestling.co.nz">RASSLIN'</a> tonight? I suggest ear plugs though, because I tend to scream a lot it's so exciting.
