All these figures being thrown around - did I mention that I pay $120 in rent per week? And if something is broken I call our property manager and they fix it quickly? And all I have to do in return is clean the house thoroughly every three months for the flat inspection? Haha. My life is awesome.
If I had a partner, I would want to own my own house, because I have a nesting instinct. But I know that's unrealistic on a single income, so I will instead continue to put things on the wall in contradiction to our tenancy agreement. Muhahah.

Hehehe cheers Russell!
I should point out though, that it was much, much warmer when we recorded that piece that it is now. I may be crazy but I'm not dumb...

I live in a spacious three-bedroom house in Hataitai. I figure it's worth at least half a million dollars, given that there's a granny flat underneath. Half a mill? There's no way in hell I would have that kind of money. If I was to buy a house, the only thing I could afford would be a one-bedroomer in Cannon's Creek, and I have no intention of living there. By the time I retire and have no income, I would have inherited my share of my parents' properties - why should I buy a house that I didn't want to live in before then?
Or, you know, until I find a millionaire partner...

Your ladyparts get tied up too tightly by your ladyservant? Now that is a podcast I'd like to hear...

Were you shocked at the one unbleeped "fucking" that I uttered, Robyn? I apologise for any offence caused...

In defense of her email signature, most of the agency I work for has that line automatically included in all their emails. I suspect it's part of govt3 initiatives. Along with tiny cube rubbish bins but still not having the proper recycling set up installed.

Yeah, mad props to Ryan for being there - whatever happened to you, Russell?

There will be uniforms!
And badges.
And that totally is a challenge to everyone in Wellington, especially Public Address people: take us on.
There, now I think I have contributed nicely to whomever it was that complained about people busting into threads with irrelevant comments.

My pet hate is when similar sites (say political blogs or channels) start up rivalries, and then they, or their members escalate it into a war of some kind.
What, like setting up bowling leagues?

I also think I should be on the board, as a woman, and as someone who only uses one troll account and that's on another forum and very very infrequently...
