Genters Bill - yes indeed! We really want Greens back in parliament - they're a conscientious lot and often lead the way on issues that months/years later become mainstream enough for wisely circumspect Labour to adopt. Party vote Greens way. They're on 5% - yikes.

Almost only stream now via paid subscription and offline (the later is super handy on the road). Solid collection of vinyl fun to have though not recently updated and mostly sits there. Stream into solid old school big speakers and via old school amp in living room. Head cans I lv (pretty decent ones) when occasionally flying. They're on the whole time for the whole flight, ambling through tunes and reading. And yes small blue tooth speakers cheap and cherry I use a bit when away on surfin roady or somethin.

Amazing how utterly drab, dull, staid, and actually *wrong*Labour centrists are looking about now.
Why even the author of this site may have been wrong in bowling with the centrists. -

What's a hippy? Is that a Dad rock thing?
Labour seem very politically shy on this issue. It really is time to make the law match the populace view. So slow coming. -
Got on ya George - this seems a better focus. Especially right about---- *now* !!

Imagine The Flaming Lips headlining !
They would be startling in that setting.
They were startling doing their colourful psychedelic thing last year outside under Edinburgh castle, to 40 thousand people mid summer in the never ending Scottish twilight. -
Valuable research Graeme - cheers.
Many variables indeed in terms of measuring reducing recidivism efficacy.
I think third strike sentences are the real kicker. And the example you note is a great reflection of how inequitable the third strike effect is. That prisoner receiving the mandatory maximum 7 years prison for that particular indecent assault; there is no doubt but for the strike legislation and even with that defendants previous conviction list that there is not a judge in the land who would have sentenced him to more then 3 years. And if there were, that would undoubtably have been reduced on appeal. -
Amazing woman. Lovely tribute. You touched on her subtleties. Cheers Russell. R1P HK
