Matthew, I think Ark 2000 was maybe called Ark 7?
Hey, looks like we were both wrong. From TV.com:
This is their achievement: Ark II, a mobile storehouse of scientific knowledge, manned by a highly-trained crew of young people.
When I was five, that show was genius.

I'll second Under the Mountain. I have vague recollections of a show (possibly set in a huge big desert) called Ark 2000. Anyone recall this? Google doesn't seem to know what the devil I'm on about, and this guy couldn't find much either. Also that drawing/craft show with the really catchy music as they panned across the resulting artwork from each episode. And Morph.

I know its only beta but, I think you need an edit function for the users post though
red01, this is in the works. Thanks for all the positive comments.

and when do we get to change those anonymous little grey people above our user name into actual avatars?
This will happen as soon as Gravatar.com deploys its new server. It was under an enormous load during our testing phase so we disabled them temporarily, apparently the new server is "imminent".
Other usability tweaks noted and should be rolled out in the next few days. Thanks for your patience!

Oo, it might just be me, but IE7 is not liking that oversized link in the title post.
This is now fixed. We'll probably reveal how to embed text links sometime soon in that little list of instructions below.

For the overseas folks that haven't seen this series. Voiced by that fellow from Flight of the Conchords. Watch the whole lot at http://www.lp.co.nz

And the third season of The Wire just finished a few weeks back (screening midnights Tuesday on TV2). For me that one's near the top of the stack, and, ahem, what I've seen of the fourth season is good too.
