Gotta say although I know the context for #disabledandcute and am pretty supportive of what it means for us as disabled people, I just find it SO difficult to get past that "cute" word. Too infantilising for my comfort.

I think it is a generational thing. Personally, I wouldn't use the word 'cute' for anyone over 2 years old. But reclaiming such a warm and approving word can also be powerful.
