Memo to Duncan: It's not your job, but Kathryn Rich's, to tell us Maharey is smarmy. You then report what she (or any other politico) says. Pretty simple really.
Your own opinion is of no importance or interest, and if you just have to share it, get another job.

Apropos the failed reunion - it's possible that either the mother or grandma thought that bringing the child was a good idea.
However, the point is that there was no news angle in that confrontation. It was psychodrama-for-real, staged for our viewing pleasure.

Yet another sleazy story from 3's schadenfreude specialist, Kate Lynch. Poor girl; dragged through the top of the 6 o'clock news over a possession charge, just because her step-father is allegedly famous, or because she was on Deal Or No Deal, or... something. That story was complete trash. Running it first was a tragically cynical move.
And would someone please explain to Kate Lynch the difference between "refuse" and "decline"?

I heard about Millie's alleged P use two weeks ago. The point being that if I heard about it then she's either got a real problem or someone is being especially nasty starting rumours like these.
