I've noticed better overtaking and greater consideration from drivers after the Waitakere scenic drive had cycle awareness signs put up. Also as a rush hour cyclist pedaling through 15 km of West Auckland in the morning there seems to be greater courtesy and space given to me lately, especially after the latest accident publicity in the media.
It's always in the back of my mind that I could be killed or seriously injured when I set out but I carry on for fitness [and a bit of adrenalin]. Taking a regular route each day I notice the same cars and believe that they are now more aware of cyclists being present on "their" roads perhaps doing my bit to encourage others to do the same.
I do stop for red lights and try to behave courteously to all on the road. A relatively recent virtue for me! Although I reserve the right to shout at particularly knob-headed behaivour as spleens do need to be vented.
My hope is that as oil steadily increases in price and public transport gets its act together the ratio of bike to car will start to turn inducing better safety outcomes. -

Do let them turn into marrows. Stuffed with a herbed, onion, mince combo then roasted. Save the marrow! I feel a touch of the Wallace and Gromits coming on.

When building a house the developer claims the gst on any materiels, land & services purchased and in turn will pay gst on the final sale price .This is my understanding. However no gst rated on private house sales.

Earning over 300k would probably put you in a position where you invest it in other ways ; i.e. "business interests".
If the business did indeed have enough funds to cover any debts to its principals then no one is beholden to anyone else.
It looks like a monied litigant clutching at any means to get a case retried after losing so as to have another hearing in the hope of getting a different outcome. -

Not to worried by rush hour so take the cycleway from Western Springs to Massey then down to Henderson along GNR all the way back in time to make the kids school lunch with the traffic induced adrenalin intersecting nicely with a hot shower and first coffee. Not at all impressed with the cycleway flooding on a king tide [flash mavic ksyrium wheelset].
The best ride in my opinion is scenic drive on the weekend approximately 55km door to door, good views, clean air and the cars have been noticeably friendlier/respectful since the road sharing signs were put up. Cafes at either end and a bloody good workout!
