One for the uniform experts:
Why did the All Blacks (away) change jersies last weekend yet a couple of weekends ago it was England (home) who changed when playing their friends Argentina?
-
France flirted with a game plan of how to beat the All Blacks.
They won’t make that mistake again, and neither will the other teams looking on.

Not so sure Danielle.
I had been battling with the Equinox Winds and the full moon, and was almost coping. Now I’m doing that battle with Duran Duran running around my head.
-
@Steve P
How is posting a Duran Duran video expected to ease the tension in the air? -
@Danielle; NZers always get ratty at this time of year; I blame it on the Equinox winds.
The winds, and the fact that there’s a certain costly “celebration” coming up.

Not a lawyer, but I understand that any NZ citizen can still be prosecuted for individually breaching the suppression order by posting on overseas-hosted sites and services, even though getting stuff removed or blocked may be unsuccessful.
Yet if you post it on a NZ based site it’s the owner who gets prosecuted (and the offending person gets away with it?).
That’s where I get confused.

What are the rules around this kind of info getting put up on the likes of Twitter and Facebook?
NZ justice system taking on international social networking sites would be interesting viewing

@Russell / Craig / Mikaere.
I should’ve been clearer.I asked the question about sites having a case brought against largely out of self-interest as an owner of a site. I was in no way belittling the concern, and certainly wasn’t suggesting PAS should be a test case.
But I don’t think it’s fair that Russell, as the publisher/owner of this site, should be no less liable for the comments published here than he would be if they were letters to the editor in Planet.
He’s not really publishing rogue comments IMO.

Not defending people dropping hints etc...
But has there ever been a case in NZ where a site has had a case brought against it because of comments left by people unconnected to the site?

Euro 2008 finalists Russia no less. Meaning that for the first World Cup in 40 or so years, possibly for ever, Gus Huddink won’t be there (unless he gets a late appointment somewhere)
Russia totally dominated the 1st leg there; the key moment being when they dropped guard with a couple of minutes to go in that match in let in that vital away goal.
More proof that you want your away leg first.
