While worthy all the changes you mention dont 'enhance the overall experience' as marketeers might say.
So that brings me to my main point, 'you may get what you want but lose what you had' effect. For an electoral system the tinkering is never done. Is this what we really want ? I notice from the Germans experience of MMP, which ours is most closely aligned, they have ended up by small changes with quite a different system than what they started with.
As for National having the 120th quotient at every election bar one, I would have thought that the maths would point to astronomical odds on that happening. Has David Farrar reverse engineered that result from the way they chose electorate MPs who go on the list as well.

The tax return just asks if 'the information is true and correct'.

Richard there would be no way the Coroner would publish before or during the trial.
Mostly a trial establishes who was responsible. -
Is there an 'Untertag' video version coming

If Otaki- Levin is a RoN , why was Brownlee allowed to get away with his lie. This was the big story and the primary question.
eg Can the Minister confirm that Levin Otaki is NOT a RON as he said in his primary.
Genter had at hand the numbers for the rebuttal over the traffic comparison of Puhoi and Auckland rail loop, and this was an answer to a follow up question.
One of these people is a former woodwork teacher while the other is a transport planning expert. But he seems to have bested her - fair means or foul.
And could Genter stop her sniggering at the beginning of answers. That is certainly what you would expect at a '4th rate' comedy club
-
Does seem fascinating that Genter has an ( valid) issue about expensive consultants reports , when she is the author of a number of expensive consultants reports.
As well , to be caught out by Brownshirt over whether Levin- Otaki was a RoN or not seems sloppy

Hard News: Who'd have thought?, in reply to
sounds like the schools need an excel template or some such modern day marvel to input the data into
And what data would that be ?
As Russell says
"It is inconsistent, narrow and not subject to meaningful moderation. Even the standards aren’t standard – different schools have quite different written interpretations of what they mean"Would that be one of those modern marvels of 'garbage in garbage out'

OnPoint: Pants != Journalism, in reply to
other apex court — the Privy Council — never wore robes, and still doesn’t, on account of not being originally a court.
I think they refer to themselves as a 'Board'

well it is the Manawatu
The courtroom used is in Wellington

Its the 'disco' part of the story that has me more worried. Much more worried than the hierarchy of court officials.
Have invitations gone out all ready for the trial 'wrap party' ?
