  • Hard News: Morning in Auckland,

Simon, that wasn't Wendy Petrie on Breakfast, I don't think. That's Pippa Wetzell who co-hosts with Henry. You're getting your blondes mixed up!

  • Voting Local 2010,

The Herald say they are expecting a provisonal result at 2pm for Auckland. Not sure about the rest of the country. And there are no results of elections.2010.org either.

that is a very groovy version, Danielle - it's on the ipod at my gym. But, and I know you won't take it personally, whenever it comes on, I get all excited, and then I realise that it's not Bananarama.

Sam, no-one has terrible taste in music. We all just have our own taste and no-one can tell us what we can and can't like. I say this as someone who, if I could, would be married to Dave Dobbyn, Elton John and Foreigner simultaneously. In order to illustrate my own taste in music, might I present you with one of my very favourite songs. Ever.

I think Russell would be fantastic but he's too busy. I would also love to see James Coleman back on the telly, although he may not be a fit.

  • Hard News: Morning in Auckland,

Even if it is, Matthew, Dikshit in India hardly means the same things as it means here. I just thought, when he said how funny it was because she was Indian, that he wasn't just being racist, he was being unbelievably sexist. Oh sack the bastard, and be done with it.
