No, I very much doubt it's the file size, as I've posted bigger. It looks more it's my connection going dodgy again, which happens often.

I wasn't sure I wanted to post this, but I could use the distraction, so what the hell... I couldn't tell if the magpie didn't want to be photographed sitting on the fence, or if it decided its perch was too cold and windswept.

My problem with Ebola is that it has killed only a few thousand this year. By contrast
By contrast.... many diseases, including 'flu. This ebola outbreak reminds me a lot of SARS - except that ebola isn't actually new and it is a lot more deadly than SARS. But still, the same panic, not because of the actual risk, but because it's so new and unknown. But in this case, "new" and "unknown" in that all previous outbreaks have been small and remote.
