Bloody hell - Andrew knew what he was doing and his clients appreciated the risk - but antifreeze will *weaken* the whole construction (apparently, if you leave
the foundations he built in those conditions to slowly coalesce, they are really sound. They certainl;y havent failed over the last decade & a half.)O Lillith - I love my 5 sibs (including the sister who is dead just now) and cannot imagine being a singleton....

Not being silly - but almost all Coast chimneys*** have a fireclay brick base on a solid concrete foundation and a stainless steel chimney tied into a protected wooden upper....we've learned from lots of earthquakes...
***whether its for a range(with waterheating), an open fire, or woodburner-

Andrew is way taller than me, and way more organised. He has the trader gene my Maori side of the family is renowned for. Which is also known for total honesty and committment for a given deal, He's my little brother but I respect him to the max - he's just built and accomplished sooo much! (Building a house on Pitt Island - where the cement FROZE before it set? Yep. Andrew's been there, done that-)
do I love my siblings? Yesss! And especially our mother? YESSSS!!!!!!

ou get the same kind of waffle across a whole range (e.g. a republic is “inevitable”, said Clark and Key, while refusing to do anything about it).
Yes indeed - or not* in deed*-
we KNOW politicians are unreliable in their promises & almost promises - how can we best show that we utterly despise their prevarications?
