Cool moon colours. Which reminds me: Mid-Autumn/ Moon Festival is Sunday. Must try and get pictures of big, round, unusually close moons.

Your flower and water droplet pix are very very lovely.

Wildlife is always infinitely superior to mooncakes, no matter how fancy the mooncake packaging.

Thanks Hebe. I give credit to the flowers and the camera.
Too dark to see what I'm aiming at and hood to keep rain off falling in eyes. Have to shine a torch at the flower so the camera can focus and hold and shoot with the camera one-handed.So, I'd urge everyone else to get out there on a drizzly night and give it a go too....

I'd rather munch on mooncakes than slugs and snails though!

Wow Nora!
Beautiful!"Too dark to see what I’m aiming at and hood to keep rain off falling in eyes. Have to shine a torch at the flower so the camera can focus and hold and shoot with the camera one-handed. "
we expect no less of you!!!
That last one looks pretty good Jac. Might have to try focus stacking. There is this amazing update for Canon cameras called Magic Lantern. It is a third party interface that gives way more control over your camera. http://www.magiclantern.fm/

but again could be sharper
but Jackson, you have a real range of depths there in that small object, - the question is - which bit do you want to be sharp? : ) (either that or you need a little camera that can...!)
