    Dougal the Dalek.

This fine specimen is in AV World on Dominion Rd. They are working on a voice box so that he will say ‘exterminate’ as people walk past. They found him on Trademe. I wonder if they’ve seen the Dr No. evil console listed at the moment? I’m so tempted.

Also wondering if this might inspire the posting of a certain Snow Dalek, or the infamous knitted Dalek?

    Don’t make me beg!

So many great shots on that, but the 'Friends' one is my fav'. Sooo cute! But also evil of course. Sort of. If you squint.

I love that snow dalek. Here's our snow gargoyle, who was evilly pleased with the offerings.

The view out what was one of the main entrances to the building where my office is. Subway construction, not quite hard at work, this machine, but the site is buzzing.

    Disassembly?

Could this be? My friendly, local high tension power line that bisects my campus is finally coming down?

  • JacksonP,

Nice one. Is that a new kind of hanger? Not seen them before.

  • Jos,

They are to be found on the back of cheap ready made frames. I rip them off and discard them, only this time I took a second look. :)

  • JacksonP,

Fair enough. They do make perfect Robot heads, so not entirely without merit. Always worth a second look, eh? ;-)

    déjà vu... too

Always worth a second look, eh?

Indeed. Robot is not far from reboot...
(or is that just Canadian for Robot?)

and if a second is too short there's
    always the minute examination...
(with an hour glass of course)
There are no idle hands on a clock...
