ETA: Seems to have worked this time. FYI, the .png is 4.5Mb, the .jpg 534kb.

I put that one in with an alpha channel (=transparent background in a png, no can do in a jpg) – will that have an impact on your project, Russ?
PS Somebody better be recordin’ Emma’s story, is what I’m saying! For those of us unable to attend.
