I heard from Paul that the DJ (Killing Capitalism with Kindness) in Berlin played one of Blair Parkes’ early recorded tracks – ’Holding Tide’ from his All Fall Down days – before The Bats played the other night – International proof that good songs never disappear!

It looks like The Bats are having a stonking tour, well received and in full houses!
https://www.facebook.com/thebats.co.nz/ – at the Paradiso in Amsterdam at the moment, Paris, Lille, Leeds, London and Glasgow to go – The Bats Live at Leeds! Oh, how I wish I was there.

Absolutely. They'd have made much more money playing Spark Arena, but that clearly wasn't the priority.

  • Rob Stowell,

I count myself a member of the Cult of Bill and I will certainly be there.

a recent rumour of someone uncovering a 40 minute tape studio recording of the vacuum. that would be a great addition to the legend.
